Rates
For a deluxe accommodation with king size bed, fan,
airconditioning,cable tv & private bathroom, we charge 65 USD per night.
Price includes a continental breakfast and is based on 2 pers. per room.
For additional persons (over 12 yrs.of age) or an extra bed in the room;
we will charge an extra 15 US dollar per person.
For a deluxe accommodation with 2 double beds, fan,
airconditioning,cable tv & private bathroom, we charge 75 USD per night.
Price includes a continental breakfast and is based on 2 pers. per room.
For additional persons (over 12 yrs.of age) or an extra bed in the room;
we will charge an extra 15 US dollar per person.
For our appartment in the garden, we charge 120 USD per night/ per 4 adults.
The casita has: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, airconditioning, cable tv, equipt kitchen,living/ diningarea and private terrace out front.Also here counts, additional persons/ beds 15 USD.
Cancelation policy
For cancelations within 2 weeks prior to arrival there will be no refund.
For cancelations before the 2 weeks, we will charge 20% of the total amount.
In the 'Semana Santa' , Eastervacation, July and August there will be no refund anytime of cancelation.
